What's Included
Included in all levels of Assisted Living is a full access to our amenities and social activities (clickable link) as well as the following services:
- Three Meals per Day
- Utilities (electric & water)
- Cable Television (78 channels)
- Telephone Service
- Weekly Housekeeping Services (vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, light dusting)
- Monthly Health Assessment (performed by Stones River Manor nurse)
- Laundry Service Weekly (linens, towels, and washcloths furnished by SRM)
- Latex Gloves (provided for care)
Five Levels of Care
Stones River Manor offers five levels of care to our Assisted Living residents, providing the best care to meet their needs.
Star 1 Basic Service
- Includes all services and amenities listed above with minimum daily observation.
Star 2 Supervised Service
- Includes all services and amenities listed above with supervised daily observation.
- Medication observation and assistance by Resident Assistant or Nurse, administered on a normal schedule up to 5 times daily. Any additional medication assistance or administration will carry an additional charge per incident, as needed.
- Minimal health assessment done at each medication assistance time, reviewing the resident’s physical and mental status.
Star 3 Supported Service
- Includes all services and amenities listed above with intensive daily observation and monitoring.
- Assistance with a.m. and p.m. dressing and grooming.
- Bathing assistance on a 3 times weekly schedule.
- Prompting/ cueing to the dining room, social activities, and beauty shop.
Star 3+ Support Plus Service
- Includes all services and amenities listed above with intensive daily observation and monitoring.
- Incontinence care as needed. An additional charge will be added to the monthly statement for the incontinence supplies used.
Star 4 Select Care
- Includes all services and amenities listed above plus special needs care for physical and cognitive impairments.
- Dining room and other amenities within close proximity for ease of access
